Your Kidz N Cats® doll will be ready to have some fun in this versatile jacket. This PDF pattern includes many options: an unlined jacket with hood, lined jacket with hood or collar. There is an additional back gathering and a simplified version with less top stitching. This jacket can be made with a variety of fabrics.
Special Note – This PDF sewing pattern by QTπ Pattern Co is designed to fit a Kidz N Cats® Doll specifically and will not fit the standard 18 inch doll such as American Girl® Doll. A KNC doll is 18 inches tall but has a much slimmer hard plastic body. You can see more info on our Doll Measurements page.

Recommended Fabrics:
- Outer shell: Denim, micro-tech, nylon, micro fleece, lightweight faux leather, lightweight wool or any light to medium weight fabric you may have.
- Lining: Any light weight fabric. Fun quilting cottons and flannel work well.
- Zippers: If you can’t find the right length zipper you can trim your zipper. Cut with pinking shears or seal ends, then stitch the top if the teeth by hand to stop the zipper pull from coming off.

- ¼ yard lining (for lined jackets only)
- 6” separating zipper
- 8” x ¾ ” thick bias tape or ribbon (optional back detail)
- Two- 6” x ¼” pieces of elastic (optional back detail)
