This feminine little flutter sleeve dress is designed to fit 14.5 dolls such as WellieWishers™ and other similarly sized 14.5” dolls. The dress features a high yoke and the bodice is fully lined. The flutter sleeve is lined with a contrasting fabric and utilizes a special technique to bind the edge. Armholes are finished with a contrast bias binding. Panties are also included.
View A features a charming flower appliqué.
