Description

Delightfully cool for Summer and perfect for parties or playtime – this super-easy PDF pattern, by Little Miss Muffett, consists of a top, capris and dress with two trim options. Dress it up with a little lace and ribbon, or keep it cute with fun fabrics. All are made from cotton.  The lining forms part of the dress and top, and pretty bows decorate the shoulders.  This pattern is designed to fit 18” soft bodied Dolls such as American Girl®.

-Fabric Requirements – Quilter’s Cotton was used for the Dress, Top and Capris. Lightweight cotton was used for the Linings.
-Top: Quilter’s Cotton – 20” x 20”
-Top Lining: Lightweight Cotton – 20” x 20”
-Capris: Quilter’s Cotton – 9” x 20”
-Dress A & B: Quilter’s Cotton – 20” x 22”
-Dress Lining A & B: Lightweight Cotton – 20” x 22”
-Elastic: Capris – 3 8” wide x 10 ½”
-Ribbon – Top & Capris: ¼” wide x 40” (includes bow)
-Ribbon – Dress A: ¼” wide x 45”
-Ribbon – Dress B: ¼” wide x 30”
-Lace – Top & Capris: ¾” wide x 35”
-Lace – Dress A: 1 ¼” wide x 25”
-Lace – Dress B: Eyelet Lace – 1” wide x 9”
–hook and loop tape– Top:3 8” wide x 6”
–hook and loop tape – Dress A & B: 3 8” wide x 6”
-Matching Thread, Marking Pen, two Safety Pins, general sewing supplies.
