Description

This faux leather bomber jacket is a must-have fashion piece! Whether she is touring the Outback or shopping in the city, this jacket, by Liberty Jane, will be the perfect accent to set her outfit apart. Wear it over a delicate print dress or paired with her favorite jeans and boots; there are so many looks that can be created with this classic! Details include rib trims, functional separating zipper, back yoke and faux pocket flaps.

To achieve the great, classic bomber look, we suggest using a soft, lightweight faux leather fabric. There are many textures and looks to choose from at the fabric store. If you are having trouble finding a good rib trim to use, try looking at the clearance racks or thrift stores. Sweat shirts and sweat pants are good places to find rib trims. A poly or rayon lining makes a nice finish for the jacket, helping it to come off and on easily. 

Special Note: This pattern is designed to fit an 18 Inch BFC, Ink. Doll specifically. It will not fit an 18 inch American Girl® Doll (or similar).

-1 4 yard of fabric
-1 4 yard lining       
-2 – 1 4” buttons
-1 – 5” metal separating zipper
-1 4 yard rib knit fabric matching thread
