-26” of 5 8” Fold-Over-Elastic (FOE)

-3 8” x 3 ½” hook and loop tape

-Matching thread

 

Tutu:

-108” x 8” Tulle

-3 yards of 1 8” ribbon

-12” long elastic ¼” wide

-Matching thread

-Small safety pin

 

Skill Level: easy for tutu, intermediate for leotard
